Allied Pacific is a family owned and operated mortgage company. Our team includes, brokers, loan officers, mortgage planners, notaries, and loan processors. We enjoy getting to know each and every client. Many of whom have refinanced with us over and over because of the relationships we have formed over the years.

Allied Pacific has a passion for finance and helping homeowners with their mortgage and financial needs. We have become the local neighborhood broker serving Encinitas, Del Mar, Carlsbad, Solana Beach, all of North County San Diego, San Diego, Orange County and all of California. It is not just a business, it is a family.

Our team constists of Curt and Stephanie Farber who started Allied Pacific Financial together 15 years ago in San Diego. Dave Toman, Mary Toman, and Nicole LaTour have been processing loans for over a decade.

Curt Farber has been in the mortgage and real estate industry for over 20 years. He is an expert in the new home purchases and refinances. Curt has lead our team successfully through all the challenges which have occurred due to the changes in the real estate market.

Our broker and loan officer, Stephanie Farber, assist clients in obtaining financing for their new homes or refinance. Finance and running a business come naturally to Stephanie. She is truly one of the most knowledgeable mortgage specialists.

Dave Toman, our senior loan processor, has been with Allied Pacific Financial for 15 years. He is the best in the industry. Dave is a pleasure to work with due to his organizational skills. He is confident in loan processing which ensures a easy and smooth experience.

Mary Toman has been with Allied Pacific Financial for 15 years and is loved by all of our clients. Mary brings a sense of personalization to our business. She has been in the San Diego real estate business her entire career.

Nicole LaTour is the newest associate at Allied Pacific Financial. She has handled loan processing, accounting, and marketing for 10 years.
